DOCG

Four new members were elected and welcomed to DOCG at the meeting yesterday:

Bob and Cathy Knight of Trenton, SC. Bob and Cathy have been judges and exhibitors at our shows for a few years. They both currently judge Novice and Open classes and are working toward Utility classes.

Tim and Susan Mottshaw of Woodruff, SC. Tim took first place in Novice A on Sunday at our shows this past March with his Sealyham Terrier.

Welcome to new DOCG members Anne & Marianne Vandiver, Kay Canaan and Michele Andavall, who were all voted in the at the September 12^th DOCG Members meeting.

Anne and Marianne Vandiver  Anne is a high school math teacher and has Charlie, a Clumber Spaniel.  Daughter Marianne is a high school student and has Gracie, a Papillon.  Anne and Marianne are training Novice level and will be showing in Rally soon.  E-mail address is:  bigdogmom1200@bellsouth.net.

Michelle Andavall  Michele is training Novice level with Rio, a golden retriever.  Michele has been a breeder of golden retrievers and has shown goldens in obedience and conformation.  Her goldens are Gin, Indy and Rio.  E-mail address is:  Gadabout@charter.net.

Welcome to new DOCG member, MJ Douglas. who was voted in the at the July 11th DOCG Members meeting.

MJ works at Dog Trainer’s Workshop.   She has two Cockers.  Their names are Digger and Woodya.  MJ has trained in all the obedience levels of Novice, Open and Utility.

Welcome to new DOCG members who were voted in by members at the May 2, 2009 Members Meeting.  Fellow DOCG members, please welcome our new members and encourage them to participate in cub events and get involved.

Joe Duffy.  Joe is the husband of DOCG member Donna Duffy.  Joe and Donna are from Andersn, S.C.   They have  a Labrador Retriever, a UDX titled dog.  Joe may start showing Parker in versitility in the future.   He wants to volunteer  to steward at our Fall trials.  He is supportive and assists Donna with the care and training of Parker.  His e-mail address is Duffyber@aol.com
