It looks like we’re off to a great start for the October Trial. We are planning to add a 4th ring in the other gym. This will help the classes finish up earlier, and provide more crating areas. But to have a successful show, we need your help.

Hurry to Volunteer to Steward for the October Trial – we need stewards for Saturday and Sunday. Experience is not required.

Anyone Volunteering to Steward for at least a two-hour shift on Saturday or Sunday will receive a free lunch and drink the day you steward. Also, with any entry in the trial, your dog is eligible for up to 10 minutes of Match Time Friday night with no match fee (Match Time space is limited so hurry up and volunteer!)

Friday night “Free Pizza” to anyone who arrives before the match time and helps with the set up, or who volunteers to steward for the match, or be a judge for the match!

Are you showing your Dog? That’s ok! Darlene will work with you to allow you to help steward AND show your dog.

7 weeks until the trials. Entries continue nicely — 77 so far, plus 13 for the match.

Remember to donate to a trophy category.  High Combined is available for both trial days!  We have new beautiful trophies for Novice A Placements, Open A First Place, and Utility A First Place.  Show those High Scoring handlers and dogs what they are worth and donate to the memory.  The DOCG thanks you for your support and winning attitude.

8 week until the trials. Entries are beginning to come in nicely — 53 so far, plus 8 for the match. Already we have entries for versatility, veterans, and brace… looking good for the new classes.
